Livwell products are designed to provide you with a lifetime of use. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products and offer a warranty that covers any manufacturer's defects. Please note that our warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the care and use guidelines outlined in the product inserts and on our website.
To activate your lifetime warranty, simply fill out and submit the provided form. Please note that our warranty is limited to the original US customer with proof of purchase and is non-transferrable. The warranty only applies to products purchased new from Livwell or authorized sellers within the United States. It does not cover commercial or restaurant use.
For our DiamondClad™ cookware, we offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects. However, damages resulting from improper use, such as excessive heat, abuse, neglect, improper storage, misuse of sharp utensils, improper cleaning, or lack of seasoning, are not covered by our warranty. Any cosmetic blemishes or changes in appearance over time are considered normal wear and tear and should not affect performance. Therefore, they are not covered by our lifetime warranty.
If you encounter any issues with your Livwell product covered by our lifetime warranty, we will replace it. However, please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
