Livwell products are backed by a lifetime warranty that guarantees protection against any manufacturing defects. This warranty is exclusive to original customers in the United States who can provide proof of purchase and is non-transferable. The warranty only applies to products purchased directly from shoplivwell.com or authorized sellers within the US and does not extend to commercial or restaurant use.

For our DiamondClad™ cookware, we offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. However, damages resulting from improper use, such as excessive heat, abuse, neglect, improper storage, misuse of sharp utensils, improper cleaning, or lack of seasoning, are not covered by our warranty. Please note that cosmetic blemishes or changes in appearance over time are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by our lifetime warranty.

If you encounter any issues that fall under our lifetime warranty, we will gladly replace the product for you. However, kindly note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
